Christmas Tradition
It's taken awhile but our little family has some fun Christmas traditions we enjoy every year. Evening with Santa is one of them. This is the 5th year we have photographed my school's "Evening With Santa". I love looking back at the pictures of Molly and seeing how much she has grown. This is 'THE' Santa. He is amazing!
Other Christmas traditions that have carried on for a couple years are Elf on a Shelf, Spaghetti Factory and carriage ride downtown, breakfast with Santa with Granna, and making Gingerbread Houses. This is such a magical time, especially through the eyes of children.

Thanksgiving
We had a great Thanksgiving this year, we spent Thanksgiving day at Granna and Papaw's with lots of family.
Inbetween we managed to put up our tree, go to Jolly Days at the Children's Museum, and make a trip to the mall. It was a great weekend!

It's a Boy
I haven't even officially announced on here that we are pregnant, 19 weeks now to be exact. We found out this week we are having a boy! Josh wasn't surprised, I'm nervous, and Molly's in denial. Baby boy is healthy and is measuring the exact same size as Molly was at this time. We are due the beginning of April! We've spent the last couple days shopping for some cute boy clothes which is much more difficult in my opinion.
Check out those legs already!
Again, we have much to be thankful for.

Splash
This is probobly my favorite picture of the summer. Josh and I swinging Molly at the Splash Pad. It was such a fun day with our cousins and a stop by DQ on the way home, doesn't get much better than that. Summer is wrapping up for me and I'm looking at all my pictures. This is always a hard time for me. So sad to go back but so thankful for a great summer!
Courtney and Molly have really enjoyed playing together this summer!

Boating
A few weeks ago we rented a boat on Lake Monre with Granna and Papaw. Growing up we went to Dale Hollow Lake every summer and I really miss those days. Dad has recently been working on our old boat, which is in great condition. and we are all excited about spending some time out on the lake again.
I love the genuine smile on dad's face here.Another great summer day.

Gymboree
Molly and I love going to Gymboree. It's been our Saturday tradition for about a year now. Recently she's started to enjoy the art class. It's something we both enjoy doing together.
Playing dress-up at the end of art class.
I am most definitely not being "bribed" from Gymboree to post this. We truly love it, all the teachers are wonderful! I would love to open one someday...
Better Late Than...
It's the last week of July so I thought I better post our 4th pictures! We rode in Granna and Papaw's parade in the neighborhood and it was HOT! Molly has no interest in riding a bike or a tricycle. She was perfectly content riding in the bike trailer...smart girl in my opinion.
Cooling off after all her hard work with a juice box and Cheetos.First time buying ice cream from the ice cream truck. She choose a Dora popsicle.

Paisley
Last winter Josh did a photo shoot for Goodwill and in the shoot was the CUTEST dog. We found out it was a Cockapoo and thought he was so cute we would ask around to see if we could find one. Apparently, they are pretty hard to find and we weren't in a big hurry so we just gave a local pet store our name and they said they would call us if they got one. This was in November. Fast forward to July and Molly and I are at the pool, we meet Josh for pizza that evening and he informs us that he has a surprise for us when we get home. I'm thinking it's a Kindle, I've wanted one all summer! When all of a sudden out of the bedroom comes this little furball!
I'm not going to lie, it's taking some getting used to, for all of us. I never had a dog growing up so this is a learning experience for me too. We got him when he was 9 weeks old so we are potty training, and trying to teach him not to bite, chew, etc. Molly is excited to have a new playmate. Every morning when we get her up the first thing she wants to do is go see Paisley. Right now it's kind of a love/hate relationship!

Seaside Photo Shoot
I promise we've done other things than the beach this summer. It seems like the more time I have the more un-productive I am. That's what summers are for though right? So here it is the LAST Seaside post. Josh took these photos on the last day. Molly was really hot and not in the mood for pictures but he got some good ones!
